- After having left college, Danny worked for several companies and also started up several small ones of his own.
- It is said that his passion for business started after he attended Boston University.
- In the past, he started the company Contemporary Courier and managed to make an astounding $500,000 in 1984. A year prior to that in 1983, Danny founded Sure Ride Ambulette inc and in 1985, he bought up in Select Courier inc.
- Danny sold his company Select Courier inc. in 1988 in order to start a career in stockbroking. During his stockbrokers series 7 examination test in 1988, he had achieved the highest test result to that date.
