Flávia Saraiva is a Brazilian artistic gymnast who represented her country Brazil during the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China and at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. She was part of the winning teams that won a gold medal at the 2018 South American Games and a bronze medal at the 2015 and 2019 Pan American Games. In addition to her victory compilation, Saraiva is a 2014 Summer Youth Olympic floor exercise champion and is a multi-medalist at the Pan American Games, South American Games, and Pan American Championships.

- In 2013, she finished 10th in her first international competition at the Houston National Invitational in the all-around. She also competed at the 2013 Gymnasiade in Brazil and won gold medals in floor exercise, balance beam, and silver, and placed 6th on uneven bars.
- During the 2014 season which she started by competing at the WOGA Classic in Plano, Texas, Saraiva, she was crowned as Brazilian National Junior Champion, replacing injured teammate .
- In 2015, she made her senior international debut at the FIG World Challenge Cup in São Paulo. Saraiva went next to China’s representative Shang Chunsong after winning the floor exercise and got the silver medal on the balance beam. Overall, Brazil brought home bronze behind the USA and Canada.
- In 2017, she competed at the City of Jesolo Trophy and helped Brazil finish 2nd next to the United States. She was placed 5th in the all-around and 2nd on balance beam next to U.S’s Riley McCusker. In that same year, she competed at the Koper Challenge Cup and was placed 3rd on uneven bars behind Larisa Iordache of Romania and Ellie Black of Canada.
- She was selected to compete for the 2018 Pan American Championships alongside Rebeca Andrade, Thais Fidelis, Lorrane Oliveira, and Jade Barbosa, during which she won a silver medal with the Brazilian team and ones on floor exercise, balance beam, and in the all-around. Following her impressive work during the 2018 season, Saraiva was later selected to compete for the 2018 World Championships held in Doha, Qatar. There, she qualified for the team final on the 5th. However, she acquired multiple mistakes on the uneven bars which placed Brazil only at the 7th place.
- Saraiva filled her 2019 season with multiple wins. She started the season by competing at the DTB Team Challenge in Stuttgart, Germany, and won a gold medal ahead of Russia. She then individually placed 4th in the all-around next to Rebeca Andrade, , and Eythora Thorsdottir of the Netherlands. In October 2019, she competed at the 2019 World Championships but Brazil only finished 14th and did not advance to the team final. Despite the defeat, Saraiva herself was able to finish the all-around qualification in tenth place, making her qualified to advance in the 2026 Olympics in Tokyo.
