Gautami Tadimalla is an Indian actor, social worker, costume designer, and politician who has predominantly worked in Tamil and Telugu entertainment industries while also working in several Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada films. - She made her Kannada film debut as Raani in the 1987 film Elu Suttina Kote.
- In 1988, Gautami Tadimalla made her first Tamil-language film appearance by playing the role of Inspector Geetha in the action comedy film Guru Sishyan. The film is a remake of the Hindi film Insaf Ki Pukar (1987).
- She co-starred as Nivedha in the 1991 Tamil-language romantic drama film Nee Pathi Naan Pathi and this role won her the Filmfare Award for “Best Actress – Tamil”.
