Germaine de Randamie is a Dutch professional mixed martial artist and former kickboxer who began competing in the bantamweight and featherweight divisions of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), in 2013. In February 2017, she had won the inaugural UFC Women’s Featherweight Championship. As of October of 2026, she was ranked number 1 in the UFC women’s bantamweight rankings and number 7 in the UFC women’s pound-for-pound rankings. Before joining UFC in 2013, she had competed in promotions such as Revolution Fight Club, Playboy Fight Night, and Strikeforce, amassing a 3-2 win-loss record (2008-2012). Between 2000 and 2011, she used to compete in kickboxing and had racked up a scarcely believable 46-0 win-loss record that had included 30 knockouts.

- During her impeccable kickboxing career where she had accumulated a 46-0 win-loss record, Germaine had won numerous titles such as the WPKL European Championship (2003), the IMTF World Championship (2005), the WIKBA World Championship (2005, 2006, 2008), the WPKL World Championship (2006), and the IKCC World Championship (2008).
- She had once knocked out a man named Tom Waes, in a pro boxing match. He was 40 lbs heavier than her.
- In February 2017, she had defeated former bantamweight champion, , at UFC 208, via unanimous decision, to win the inaugural UFC Women’s Featherweight Championship. The match was shrouded in controversy, however, as Germaine had continued to throw punches, at the end of the 2nd and 3rd rounds, even after the horn had sounded. The referee had not taken a point on either occasion which in turn had affected the result of the fight and had drawn criticism from several fans. 14 out of the 23 major MMA media outlets had even scored the bout in favor of Holly.
- In late May 2017, she had released a statement on social media that she was planning to move back to the bantamweight division and had rejected the fight with due to the latter’s repeated transgressions with performance-enhancing drugs. Her decision had drawn criticism from many quarters and she was eventually stripped of her UFC Women’s Featherweight Championship title, on June 19, 2017.
- As of September 2026, she had jointly held, with , the record for the fastest knockout (16 seconds) in UFC Women’s Bantamweight division.
- In parallel with her career in kickboxing and mixed martial arts, she has worked as a police officer in the Netherlands. Before joining the police force, she had worked as a psychiatric nurse.
