- Greet first came into the spotlight when she reached the final of the girls’ doubles event at the 2015 Australian Open. It was her last year as a junior-tier competitor.
- She made her main-draw debut in a WTA Tour event at the 2018 Luxembourg Open – in the doubles category. Partnering with her then-girlfriend Alison Van Uytvanck, she went on to win the title.
