- He brought to life the character of Chirag Virani (Himmat and Daksha’s son) in the Star Plus soap opera Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi from 2000 to 2004. The show became the first Indian soap opera to cross 1000 episodes in the history of Indian Television.
- Opposite , Hussain Kuwajerwala co-starred as Sumeet Wadhwa/Sumeet Raichand in the Star Plus soap opera Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan from 2002 to 2009. For this role, he was nominated for an Indian Television Academy Award in the “Best Actor in a Lead Role (Popular)” category in 2007.
