- When her younger sister was about to be born, her parents decided to get her into modeling as it would occupy her interest and make things easier for them. This way they would have time to care for the newborn child.
- When she was 3 years old, her parents submitted her pictures to Ford Models. They immediately signed her up and got her into a promotional campaign for Macy’s.
- However, she had to leave Ford Models after they decided to close their kids’ divisions. Plus, she was finding it hard to find work as she had got braces at that time.
