- In July 2007, she made her TV show debut by portraying the role of Precious Miller in an episode titled Man Down of the police procedural drama series, The Bill. Created by Geoff McQueen, the show achieved the feat of becoming the longest-running police procedural television series in the United Kingdom at the time of its cancellation.
- Lashana Lynch made her first theatrical film appearance by playing the role of Belle Newman in the drama film, Fast Girls, in 2012.
