- One of the key sources of finance, when Leah had launched the streetwear line Married to the Mob in 2004, was rather unusual – the New York Police Department. She had successfully sued them for USD 75k after she had sustained injuries when she was involved in a physical altercation with members of the force.
- In 2015, she had been featured as a recurring star on the Lip Service podcast that was broadcast on the urban-contemporary radio station Power 105.1. A year later, she had co-founded the Improper Etiquette podcast on the Hot 97 radio station to share perspectives on lifestyle and current issues with occasional celebrity interviews.
