- She was brought up alongside her 3 older brothers who were all amateur wrestlers. Her brother Bobby even won a gold medal at the 1983 Pan American Games.
- She started cheerleading in the 6th grade and continued to do so all through her schooling years and went on to perform at the half-time of the NFL 1989 Pro Bowl along with 70 other candidates.
- Lisa was presented with the All-American award after being spotted by National Cheerleading Association.
- She excelled as an athlete during 9th grade and took part in several track and field events.
- Lisa had initially wanted to be a physician. She also worked at the Inland Eye and Tissue Bank as a human tissue coordinator in the past.
- She started her fitness journey at an early age and by the time she had reached her adulthood, Lisa had been working as a personal trainer and also taught aerobics.
- Varon’s career as a bodybuilder started when she was spotted and offered a chance to sign up for a bodybuilding competition while working out at the gym and sure enough, Lisa won the competition in the middleweight category. After that, she took part in a series of well-known bodybuilding competitions including Fitness America Series and Miss Galaxy Competition, which she won in 1998.
- After successfully establishing a bodybuilding career by the late ’90s, Lisa relocated to Los Angeles and joined the World Championship Wrestling.
- She earned her Professional Fitness Card at the “International Federation of BodyBuilders” in 1999.
- It was a professional wrestler Chyna who encouraged Varon to join wrestling. After that, sportscaster Kevin Kelly got in touch with her.
- In May 2007, she sold her restaurant Fat Tony’s Pizzeria which is located in Louisville, Kentucky.
