- She was raised in a middle-class Bengali family.
- Ronjini made her debut theatrical film appearance as Rai in Abosheshey in 2011. The following year, she was cast alongside actors , Bidita Bag, and Evelyn Sharma in the Hindi language film From Sydney with Love as Sneha.
- Initially, her mother wanted her to become a professional singer but Ronjini had already set her mind towards acting. However, it wasn’t until she was in college that she began working towards her passion and joined a theatre group called Theatrecian.
