    Serge Gnabry is a German professional soccer player who has played as a winger for English clubs Arsenal FC and West Bromwich Albion, and German teams like SV Werder Bremen, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, and Bayern Munich. With Bayern Munich, in his debut 2018–19 season, he completed the double by winning the Bundesliga title as well as the DFB-Pokal. Serge had represented Germany at the Under-16, Under-17, Under-18, Under-19, and Under-21 tiers before making his senior national team debut in November 2016. He was an integral member of the German squads that won a Silver medal at the 2016 Olympic Games and triumphed at the UEFA European Under-21 Championship in 2017.

    1. A child prodigy, Serge had started his youth career at the age of just 4, spending time with the youth academies of local clubs such as TSV Weissach (1999–2000), TSF Ditzingen (2000–2001), GSV Hemmingen (2001–2003), SpVgg Feuerbach (2003–2005), and Stuttgarter Kickers (2005–2006).
    2. In 2006, he was selected in the youth program of top-flight German club VfB Stuttgart and was with the team till 2011 when the club agreed to a £100k deal with the English club Arsenal. After a couple of years with Arsenal‘s youth program, he finally made his senior club debut in September 2012. A month later, he played his first English Premier League game for the club, and at 17 years and 98 days, was the second-youngest player to represent the club in the league’s history after .
    3. At the 2016 Olympic Games, where Germany finished as the runner-up, he was the joint top-scorer in the competition.
    4. In November 2016, on his debut for Germany’s senior national team, he scored a hat-trick in Germany’s 8-0 hammering of San Marino, in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification match. In October 2019, he scored his 10th goal for Germany in just his 11th game for his country and became the fastest German player to the milestone, beating the iconic Miroslav Klose’s record by 2 games.
    5. In 2018–19, his very first season with German giants Bayern Munich, he was named the club’s ‘Player of the Season’. On March 2, 2019, he scored the club’s 4000th goal in the Bundesliga, as Bayern became the first team to achieve that milestone.
    6. In January 2026, when he scored twice in a Champions League game against English club Chelsea, he became the first-ever player to score 6 away goals against London-based clubs in a single edition of the Champions League.
