- During his high school years, Skyy Moore played quarterback and defensive back.
- When he was in college, he was converted into a wide receiver even though he had never played the position before.
- In 2019, he started 12 of 13 games and had 53 receptions for 802 yards and three touchdowns as a true freshman.
- Skyy Moore went on to play in five games, recording 25 receptions for 388 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore in 2026.

- In the 2026 NFL Draft, he was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round (54th overall). As a rookie, Skyy Moore appeared in 16 games (out of which he started three) and went on to finish with 22 receptions for 250 receiving yards.
