    Personal Trainer

His grueling work in The Walking Dead TV series kept him fit and trim. The action scenes where he tried to outrun the walkers in almost every episode, gave him more than enough physical workout on sets and he didn’t have to hit the gym. Also, he wasn’t interested in getting jacked up as it wouldn’t suit his character in the TV series.

He has also included boxing in his fitness regime after his co-star got him hooked while shooting for the first season of the zombie-based TV show. The fact that boxing workouts and sparring sessions can enhance strength and fitness without increasing muscle size, made it a perfect choice for Steven.
