Taylor Daniel Lautner is an American actor, voice actor, model, and martial artist. Lautner (as a child) learned martial arts at Fabiano’s Karate in Holland and was ranked number one in his category by the American Sports Karate Association.
Everyone wants to be like this 20-year-old guy. Lautner completely changed his physique to play the role of Jacob Black in Twilight series. This made Lautner, to come on 4th position in the People’s magazine for the “Most Amazing Bodies” and hence became the most talked personality.
Taylor Lautner’s personal trainer Jordan Yuam says that:-
“Eating has 90% importance of getting the abs.”
So, Taylor eats regularly, after every 2 hours. He keeps on taking a protein bar and shake. He intakes calories and by burning these calories, he converts calories to muscles.
Remember, to get a shredded core and muscles like Lautner, eat right, focus on exercise well, and give some time to your body to recover.
